"Das ganze Haus ist verwohnt. Renovierung wäre nötig. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Für ein paar Stunden Schlaf und Mittags chillen hat es alle mal gereicht. Da bin ich sehr Anspruchslos. Straßenbahn war 100m weg, da ist man schnell im Zentrum. Der Preis von 50 Euro ist doch hervorragend."
