“We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, taking time to answer our questions and help us navigate local transport. A special surprise was being upgraded to a larger room, it was such a lovely gesture, especially as we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary (which the hotel didn’t know about!). This was a meaningful trip for us, as our first holiday together was in Malmö, Sweden, and now 10 years later, we chose to return to Sweden to visit……

The place was clean and quiet. It had all the amenities we needed, including coffee for the coffee machine.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage in the reception on the day we checked out.”

“When we arrived late in the evening, we came to a cabin that was open. It was dark and it was only me and my daughter, so we did not go in to the cabin. We found a number to call when the reception was closed. A security guard answered and he stayed on the phone with us until we had checked the cabin. Not that he could have help us if someone was in there!! When we got all our things inside, we saw that it was dirty, the refrigerator had a very bad smell, there were hair and a lot of dust under……

“Bodde för 3 nätter med en rumskamrat. Lägenheten var fin och ren och jag kunde kommunicera lätt, pluspoäng för att besvara under julveckan. Det var tyvärr ganska sent med incheckningsinstruktioner, som jag bad om igen och igen till natten innan vistelsen började när jag fick dem till slut. Köket var snyggt och allt var bra men det hade varit mycket bättre om badrummet hade handtvål och tandkrem. Uppkopplingen var den sämsta delen, internet blir långsammare ju mer avstånd man får från……

“Väldigt lyhört till grannarna, skulle rekomendera att isolera bättre och kolla till kökets luckor, vi hörde när grannarna stängde luckorna då dom smälldes igen då det saknades dörrstopp. Soprummet måste göras något åt, god ide med att kunna sortera men rummet var överfullt. Hade vi velat använda frysen så hade det inte gått då den var helt igenfrostad.”

The staff of fairy polite and considerable, I had to catch a flight early in the morning, And they offer me Breakfast basket, Which I did not expect at all. Room is generally clean, Maybe a bit dusty In some corner, but it is not a big problem.
