Apartment 'La Ribera' with Mountain Views, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

In Suances, the holiday apartment 'Apartamento La Ribera' offers excellent mountain views. The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, so it can accommodate up to 3 people; the use of the sofa bed is ideal for children. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated home office workspace, television and washing machine. This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The holiday rental features a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.



The property offers a kitchen and an outdoor area with a pool, garden and children's playground. There is a tennis court 15 minutes' walk from the accommodation. You are provided with a parking space on the property, free street parking and a garage parking space.



Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Please note that there are no cots or extra beds in this accommodation. If you wish to accommodate a second child, please consult the owners.
