“The room was cozy. Carpet was stained. Sheets extremely wrinkled like bed was never changed. Pillows sucked! Bring your own. Overall not bad, it was clean and quiet. ”

“The cabin was great for our large group. Plenty of space and a perfect set up for the group to interact. Close to Montauk and the city of Licking, so it made our stay convenient and close to restaurants. The host Mike was also great. We will be back.”

“This cabin has everything we could have thought of and more.We only had 3 nights to enjoy the 3 comfy bedrooms. The loft and living room had space for fun and laughter. With more vintage board games than I've ever seen in one place. Rainy days won't be a problem at this cabin. It is close to Montawk park (great fishing.). A”

“The place is good, overall we're happy with our stay, but here's a list. No curtains or blinds in the kitchen. Utensil drawer track broken. There was nothing to hang clothes on in 2 of the 3 bedroom closets. Bathroom door has no door stop, so it hits the wall when opened. Hot and cold water are reversed in the bathroom sink. We would stay here again, but would like to see a couple very simple fixes. ”
