Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.”

“The location was amazing. So close to Charles bridge and the castle. Also access to a beautiful foreted park area within two minutes was fantastic. Views were beautiful. Considering the apartment was on the tram line it was very quiet. Having AC in both bedrooms was a blessing and the smart tv kept the kids entertained during the thunderstorm. Beds were comfortable and a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Would stay again.”
