“Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation.”

“Abbiamo apprezzato l'appartamento perché a due passi dal centro, economico, e check-in in autonomia. È buono, forse, per restare al massimo una notte perché manca totalmente di areazione la casa. Bagno senza finestra con ventilatore pieno di polvere, doccia davvero troppo piccola e l'acqua cade ovunque. La finestra della camera e della cucina affaccia nell'interno di un palazzo quindi meglio non aprire , tende impolverate, tazze sporche e mancava di kit zucchero nonostante ci fosse la macchina……

“We were 3 , I , my wife and my daughter , all the things went on perfectly in this hotel. It is so close to metro , you can easily visit and sightsee the city via using metro. Room was perfect , it had kitchen to let us prepare our baby's meal easily , and also room has washing machine which we used a lot during our stay. Personel was so kind and helpful during our requests.”

“Unfortunately, we were only in the room for less than 8 hours and that was mostly to sleep so we didn't get to enjoy this very nice and spacious hotel room. The champagne was a very nice treat, thank you! If you are looking for any suggestions, you might want to consider adding a full-length mirror. Only having one mirror in the whole apartment/hotel can be tough with two people. Also, you might want to consider adding a magnifying vanity mirror in the bathroom like other fine hotels provide.……
