“Horrible service. We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. We spoke to the 2 girls working there, which was very unproffesional eating chips and handling our phones without any sanitation etc, we showed them proof of payment,……

“Sehr nettes Guest House - kein Hotel. In einer ruhigen Gegend mit Parkplätzen direkt in Innenhof. Die Zimmer/ Appartements sind groß und ausreichend für 3 Personen (bei 4 personen ist das Doppelstockbett vielleicht etwas klein. Küchennische ist vollausgetstattet. Bad zweckdienlich, könnte aber mal wieder renoviert werden; nicht schlimm allerdings. Wifi hat nach anfänglichen Problemen emebefalls tadellos funktioniert. Es gibt einen Tischkicker, Billard, Pool; alles sehr nett und herzlich……

“Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.”

“Not recommended at all! Went at first room they show me to stay in, 1 window handle missing and anyone can climb in at anytime, almost no cellphone connection except with their wifi, I asked for another room, used cup in zink, no kettle, bed not neatly made and on top, next morning early I need to go and the door cant open from inside, I needed to scream for help and the door could be opened from outside. Praise Christ Jesus my Lord for protection the whole night as nobody came open my rooms'……

“This place is nothing as advertised and just a disappointment all around. If you are simply looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing more then it is fine. But the rooms are old and look as though they are hardly taken care of. It felt as though I was at a distant family member's house who wasn't prepared for me to stay the night.”
