Hotel staff could have offered to top-up mobile phone accounts for customers.”

“Basic facilities only. Difficult communication ”

“Safe, refrigerator, and hot water all had to be fixed. My plan was not to sit around watching them do work in my room. Hot water took 4 days to get working. There is a loud speaker somewhere near the place that ran some nights until midnight with some religious message in hindi. I had wear ear plugs in the room and still could not drown it out. This was not every day but more than once and it went on for hours on end.”

“Too much noise of the highway. Breakfast area is with flies due to the railway line. Cleanliness is challenge, no proper parking. Check in, check out is not seamless make you stay for very long. Too much of data they would look around. Charged me an extra money due to incorrect booking.”

“Overall it was excellent but it is not good about television subscription of channels that only free channels were subscribed in hotel while it was not mentioned anywhere. It is not good for reputation of hotel and it is not duty of customers to complaint about these basic issues.”
