“This is more of an overnight stay than a hotel. In poor condition, not clean carpets, bad breakfast with stale bread, broken coffee machine, joinery falling apart. Nice but not professional staff. That the rating of this place of accommodation has such high ratings, shows more how poorly Hotels.com controls the ratings given. Rating 9.6 on this place of accommodation does not correspond to reality and is misleading.”

“The facility is adequate with a working elevator, clean and well-appointed lobby, nicely decorated interior, and average rooms. There was no air conditioning and it was getting hot in Osh. We had requested an early arrival and reserved and paid for a junior suite, but none was available when we arrived. We were given another room temporarily and told we could move into the junior suite later in the day. However, no suite became available. We were told that it would the next day, but again the……

“まずホテルズ.comのホステル地図がとんでもなく間違っていて、さらにホステルの外面にはそれを示すプレートや看板など何もないし受付もなく、見つけるのは超困難だった。 Wifiが故障だから系列のホステルに行ってくれ、というのも怪しかった。 ホステルの女主人が、ホテルズ.com が私に支払い済の部屋代を返金すると言っているから、現金で払って欲しい、というのもウソっぽかった。 返金の件でホテルズ.com と5時間余り交渉中はWifiが繋がっていたのに、結局泊まることになった後、Wifiは不通になった。 夜10時前に戻ったら門扉がロックされており、扉をどんどん叩いて呼んでも誰も出て来なかった。 部屋代¥2,500円はどう控えめに見ても高すぎる。 近辺の数軒と比べても¥1,000円以下が妥当な価格だと思う。”
