“Jeg havde brug for at modtage en mail om hvordan jeg loggede på deres funktion til booking af aktiviteter hjemmefra. Der var meget pres på pga vinterferie. Jeg skulle selv spørge om et kort over stedet og ingen velkomst eller præsentation om hvordan tingene fungerede på resortet. Hytten var rigtig fin dog manglede der lidt på rengøringen mht. emhætten med spindelvæv - lækre dyner og puder.”

“Nous avons passé un super séjour. Propriétaires très accueillants et avenant. Cependant, nous avons été surprises de devoir payer l'électricité et le fuel en + de la location. Cela n'était pas indiqué dans la réservation ainsi que le terrain non clôturé (indiqué que oui sur Abritel). Nous pensions que l'électricité et le fuel étaient compris dans le prix de la location. Nous avons appris cela 2 jours avant de repartir. Il faudrait le préciser pour éviter les surprises. A part ça, un super……
