“Looked to be recently renovated, everything looked clean and new. Kitchenette was well stocked. Bedding was comfy. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely would recommend this place.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Chirping Cricket! Nicki is a warm and accommodating hostess who made us feel right at home. The included breakfasts were a highlight with her speciality Dutch Baby with fresh fruit and homemade cherry sauce 😊. The location was easy to find and while not really walkable to town it was just a few minute drive to downtown Peachland and its beaches and perfectly situated for getting to West Kelowna and the surrounding area. The outdoor areas do not disappoint……

“High ceiling for ground level rooms. We usually prefer rooms on higher floors. However, we found the ground level room feels very comfortable due to the high celling. The hotel has both a swimming pool and a hot tub although it was not indicated to have a hot tub. Breakfast and all day coffee are great.”

“On the second floor they had multiple seating areas and grilling areas so families could sit out and have private spaces as needed; there were sitting areas with cozy fires, so it was nice to relax by the fire and watch the sun go down. The foot wash station was a big hit with the kiddo for washing all the sand off the feet before going back to the room, and we also like the convenience of having extra beach towels at the desk if needed. I also liked the convenience of self checkin and checkout.……

“The motel has a cozy vibe and the person at the front desk was lovely. She was warm and friendly through the check-in and check-out process being very accommodating to our request to have 2 vehicles at the property. I was there for work, so I didn't get a chance to use all the amenities but from what I saw, there were BBQs, a pool, and a few areas to sit outside either in the sun or the shade. “Amazing Stay , Super Clean & Family-Friendly! We had a great time at the Empire Motel! The rooms are newly renovated and spotless, and the owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming.
