“Room is very clean and confortable! Location is perfect! While as the brand hotel, I expect the service level could be much better! The reception is quite rude, no smile, no thank you! Wondering if it is the polish style?”

“The hotel is new, fancy, clean, quiet and everything is just fine. I will probably choose this hotel again because of the standard, the price and the location. If there is one thing that may be an issue for some, it would be the air condition. It is placed over the bed and you'll get cold air blown right into your face all night long - which potentially can cause health trouble for some people.”

“Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und die Lage zentral – perfekt für einen Stadttrip. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Es gab leider kaum Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich, was bei gutem Wetter schade war.”

“Que dire…. De belles photos sur le site une bonne note … et pourtant la réalité est bien différente ! En façade le logement semble correcte à y regarder de plus près le lit cassé (je devais resserrer la visserie du lit tous les soirs), les évacuations avec les filtres sales et bouches créant des nuisances sonores, sans parler dès chiens qui sont tolérés dans les appartements voisins qui aboient toute la journée… une odeur de pied sur le tapis et d’humidité, sans parler des éléments non nettoyés.……

“Apartment befindet sich in Stettin im Erdgeschoss eines Mietshauses mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Es gibt ein gleichnamiges Apartment in Swinemünde, wo ich eigentlich hin wollte. Die Verwechslung konnte nicht rückgängig gemacht werden. Kundenservice war gar keine Hilfe. Stornierung ausgeschlossen. Habe von gebuchten 14 Nächten (die ich ja am Meer verbringen wollte) 2 Nächte dort verbracht und bin dann ans Meer gefahren. Ausstattung war okay. Es fehlte Toilettenpapier und die Küche war sehr……

“Einzigartig ist sicherlich das Gebäude selbst . Alleine die Decke im Eingangsbereich ist schon ein Foto wert. Das ganze Objekt von außen sowie innen hat einen besonderen Flair und die quietschenden Treppen gehören einfach zu einer 150 Jahre alten Villa dazu.”

“Whilst it’s abit from the centre, it’s easy to get to on 2 tram lines that run at frequent times and the stop is outside the hotel. The surrounding area may be industrial however the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms well equipped and tidy. Check in was fine , there’s a bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing with a massive range of things and included. Would stay again. ”
