“We were here for a celebration of life and for us this was perfect. The location is in a neighborhood but that was fine with us. Right by a main highway that takes you to many restaurants and grocery all within a mile or 2. Laura responded quickly to all questions and even took an item we left over to a friends house so she could return it to us! Would stay again if we are in the area! Beds were comfy and the space was clean and nicely decorated!”

“I mistook the checkin and checkout time and was irate at the state of the property. I emailed and called. They were courteous and kind. They pointed out the error (in an unexpected way.. as my temper had peaked). Amazing at deescalation. Anyway the property is amazing. It’s secluded but close to everything. My children and mother loved it. I didn’t want to leave!”

“My family and I were very impressed with the house and the area of the property. Enjoyed the reading material.The area was quiet and peaceful.My suggestions : 1) Add a coffee maker,2) maybe 2 televisions ( master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms)3) blinds in the living room an issue.”

“It was the perfect spot to stay while in town for a week. The house is nice and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is spacious. We spent most of our time sitting around the island in the kitchen. The WiFi speeds were good which is important for our crew. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. The only complaint I had which really didn't affect my stay was that there is nowhere to put your clothes in the bedrooms. Overall a great stay. Would stay again.”

“My daughter and I had a weekend getaway in GSO and it was a perfect home base for us. Check in was super easy and the house had all the right amenities. Will absolutely stay there again, especially if we travel with our dogs - it’s pet friendly!!”

“Check-in was smooth via code entry. The property was clean spacious and well styled. Right next to Elm Street with walking access to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It's also right next to the train station so you will hear the occasional train coming through.”

“I was initially drawn to this place because it seemed like the perfect space to feel at home while in between homes—and it truly delivered. The photos looked great, but being here in person exceeded my expectations. The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need (aside from groceries), making it incredibly convenient. The host was also fantastic—helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

“The "Cinderella House" was worthy of its name.The home is as beautiful as is shown in the listing. The interior is well designed and appointed (fantastic kitchen), while the exterior has the farmer's porch, fireplace and hot tub to enjoy. Maddie responds promptly to any questions and provides the necessities for making travel effortless. We would definitely return.”

“The photos don’t do this home justice! The bedrooms are very spacious. The 4th bedroom is in the basement, which is huge! The basement is fully finished and like an apartment within the home. We had some issues with keeping the house cool, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future. ”

"I like the staff at the front desk very much. Check-in is also very smooth, but the cleaning of the room is worrying. I was thirsty at night and drank only a little water left in my cup. I subconsciously glanced at the cup and then I woke up. There was a small cockroach in the cup. It was alive!!!! Then I couldn't sleep anymore. I checked my bed for cockroaches. It was terrible. And there were a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them before I went to bed. There were so many cockroaches in such a cold weather. This was obviously unusual. I knew that the price was already affordable. I didn't expect too much, but in the water Cockroaches really scared me. I can't imagine what would happen if I drank it. I hope the hotel manager should pay attention to this problem and can't imagine what the summer here will be like."
