Large, open 1 bedroom/1 bathroom w/ full kitchen, vaulted ceilings walk in closet and washer and dryer in unit. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, with fireplace and television. Entire unit has ocean views and a patio to watch the beautiful Summerland sunsets.

5 min walk or bike ride to Summerland Beach.

1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in Summerland Triplex. Ideally located on Lillie Ave. walking distance to Summerland beach, restaurants, coffee, shopping and wine tasting. Ocean views from every room.

Lookout Park is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive down Lillie ave. The park has beach access, restrooms, picnic tables, a play ground for children, volleyball, bocce ball, ping pong tables, and a dog washing station. There are also 2 electric vehicle charges located there.

Great location, beautiful views, clean, well-appointed apartment in Summerland. Convenient to Santa Barbara but with its own small-town feel and easy beach access. I hope to be back.
