Find unique gifts, antiques, and artwork at the Sacred Space, a tranquil and spiritual gallery offering complimentary tea, and wander the lush grounds of Casa del Herrero, a historic botanical garden and museum just 2 miles away.
Gaze at the Pacific from the sun-filled, window-lined living room, furnished with recliner seating for three. There's a big TV with an antenna for local channels and the beautiful balcony is only steps away. Open up the sliding glass doors or the windows and let that ocean breeze in! The quaint and tidy kitchen is bright and clean with bold blue accents. It has everything you need to fix your favorite meals and beach snacks, and there's a sweet peekaboo window looking out into the dining area, outfitted with a classy glass table and wooden chairs. Expect truly restful sleep in the simple, relaxed primary bedroom, furnished with a cozy queen-size bed, warm lighting, a nightstand, and a large closet. One window offers ocean views. The second bedroom is just as peaceful with another luxe queen-size bed, a beautiful all-white dresser, and a sizable closet. The bathroom is clean and well-lit and features a tub/shower combination with a handy railing. The front patio offers another outdoor retreat with two chairs and lush plants.

This home is situated near the 101 Freeway, so there may be noise.
The homeowner sometimes occupies the downstairs unit. During these times, guests may need to share the tenant parking spots in front of the unit.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
