“Property is exactly like the pictures. We did have a thought time trying to adjust the basement shower head, but there were no glaring maintenance issues that were a deal breaker. Rental properties will always have a few hiccups here and there. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Basketball court was cool, but we ran out of time to use it. There was a decent amount of coffee stocked for us and check out process was simple and easy. The host was not demanding and communicated well……

“This is one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had. Not only did the space exceed expectations, but the host is amazing. She was kind, helpful, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. The location is central to all black hills activities while still feeling private and secluded. I would not hesitate to stay again (and am actively planning to). “Clean and comfortable stay. Host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Location was central to all the Black Hills activities we wanted to do. The kids loved the loft in Cabin 1. The first cabin wasn’t too far off the road, so there was some traffic noise, but we enjoyed how the location was in the forest and quietly off-set from all the tourist happenings. We would stay again! ”

Clear communication with owners from beginning, especially in regard to steep, loose gravel, winding driveway (nothing a normal vehicle can't do).
