After night 1 of roasting, as we were unable to turn down the heat. We heard from other rooms as well that they had the same problem. In the morning, we reported that our room was unbearably hot and asked for the heat to be fixed. We were told someone would come in an hour—they never showed up.
Niggt 2.
Between 2–4 AM, a group of people were being extremely loud in the hallway—shouting, drinking, and making it impossible to sleep. We called the front desk *six times* (even though it's supposed to be staffed 24/7), and no one answered. Eventually, we had to go out and confront the group ourselves, which felt really unsafe and uncomfortable.
When we mentioned all of this again at checkout, the staff had nothing to say. Just said she would twll the manager, no offer to make it right. Definitely would not stay here again.
