Located in the heart of downtown Summerville, one block from Summerville's landmark railroad crossing where the old depot used to stand, and within walking distance of decadent restaurants and unique boutique shops - sure to welcome you with southern charm! Enter your room from your own private porch inviting you to sit and relax with a glass of sweet tea or wine or take a stroll through our beautiful native garden as the sun warms your cheek. Enter to find a space as quaint as Summerville itself! Enjoy the specially made treats waiting for your arrival along with a delicious cup of coffee from your own Keurig coffee machine. Located only 30 minutes from Downtown Charleston, The Charleston International Airport, and many other local historical sites to enhance your Lowcountry experience. Looking to spend the day at the beach? Folly, Edisto, Kiawah, and the Isle of Palms Beach are but a 45 minute drive - beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler provided ! Would give 10 stars if I could

Just moved to the area from out of state. The hosts were so kind and welcoming and so respectful. There was a cute little porch for me to sit and enjoy my tea. The area is so close to everything you could want. The house was so clean and smelled so good and welcoming. It honestly was the best vrbo I have ever stayed in. What you would think of a nice southern home and hospitality is. Its right here. thank you so much for making such a pleasant stay!

Perfect weekend retreat space for my husband and me 🌟 Owners are phenomenal people and our accommodations were perfect- clean, quiet, private and well-equipped for any need we encountered. Southern Hospitality

We have family in the area and having a nice, quiet place to retreat to in the evenings was exactly what we needed. Our hosts made our stay so welcoming. Lovely flowers, banana bread, coffee, breakfast cereal were there in the room for our enjoyment. Our room included a small well stocked kitchenette, comfortable bed, nice sized bathroom. Also great outdoor seating. This rental is in an quiet neighborhood close to the historic downtown. We were very pleased and highly recommend.

Very cozy!

The room was small, but well-equipped with everything we needed. The queen size bed was very comfortable! Our only issue was with the TV which one must "cast" from a smartphone. We tried in many ways, but it never worked for us (our host tried to help us, but to know avail) . No problem as we watched a movie on my I-Pad. Really enjoyed meeting our hosts!

Jo was a perfect hostess. Anything we needed she responded immediately. The accommodations were exceptional! Needed nothing and some didn’t expect! Snacks, water, banana bread, and I could go on. A Little Gem

Loved everything about it from the convenient location to the tissues with lotion and nice toilet paper ( I am picky and appreciate those touches). It had everything we needed and more! To top it off the host was awesome and very helpful. This was our first rental other then hotels and it exceeded all my expectations.

Perfect for a long weekend!

The space was very clean and very quiet! It was perfect for our short trip, and it was great to be able to walk to downtown Summerville. We did spend most of our days in downtown Charleston and the surrounding beaches, and the drive from Summerville wasn't bad at all. Easy check-in and out, and Jo and Rich were so kind!
