“A perfect location and great accommodations. Comfy queen bed, hot coffee, microwave, frigid, and gas BBQ, if so inclined. The hosts provide a great orientation and offer a deep history of the property. In addition to suggestions nearby sites well worth the visit. It’s a great opportunity to learn California railroad history and see for 1st hand just how important early California commerce was, and still is. A great family experience. 5 stars”

“My team works on the road all year long moving from city to city inspecting utility poles with drones to prevent wildfires, thus often stay at VRBO’s. This property is above and beyond in every aspect! Chris (the owner) was extremely responsive and took care of a minor issue within two hours! The caretaker, Christine, is extremely helpful and was willing to stop by any time anything was needed. I would highly recommend this place to any group, family, friends. Really quiet neighborhood, huge……
