“The woman at the front desk in the evening told us that breakfast was from 6-10 am, but when we came down at 9 AM, we were told breakfast was closed and that the desk attendant told us the wrong times. I had three hungry kids that had to go somewhere else. Also, all the rooms smelled like smoke, even the rooms with the "non-smoking" sign on the doors.”

“I like the staff at the front desk very much. Check-in is also very smooth, but the cleaning of the room is worrying. I was thirsty at night and drank only a little water left in my cup. I subconsciously glanced at the cup and then I woke up. There was a small cockroach in the cup. It was alive!!!! Then I couldn't sleep anymore. I checked my bed for cockroaches. It was terrible. And there were a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them before I went to bed. There were so many……
