“My excitement about being waterfront for our Eufaula fishing weekend came to a screeching halt when we arrived at the home and began realizing the issues with its current condition. The floor has soft spots everywhere and the refrigerator looks like it is getting ready to fall through the floor. One of the bed frame posts already has fallen through. “The house was very clean and well stocked with towels for the pool. Overall, we had a good stay. Note: this is a very secluded property. Make sure you have what you need with you before you arrive as it is about 20-25 minutes to Walmart. We saw lots of deer and rabbits. Since it was July, the pool was pretty warm, but we had some weather roll in and it helped. The only update I would say the house could need are the beds.
