“Had a fun time with some friends at this property. The backyard area is setup nicely to spend hours outside together. The house itself was also super clean and host was quick to answer any messages. Would recommend to anyone especially if you’re making a trip to Hershey during your stay. ”

“We stayed for two nights while attending a local event. Overall, the place was bigger and cozier than it appears—clean, quiet, and charming. The driveway easily fit three cars. The main bathroom is modern, the attic bedroom is well-insulated (great for kids), and the deck offers a nice lake view (though there’s no direct lake access). We appreciated having a dishwasher and detergent on hand.Note about the attic bedroom: there is no inward stair rail--which is a safety hazard. Be cautious when……

“This place was amazing! Amazing views, serene property, so quiet. There is a train that is nearby, but they don't blow the horn close and the sounds are beautiful and haunting. Everything in the cabin is very clearly labelled and accessible with so much accommodation in mind, much more than the dozens of short term rentals I've been to over the years. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and sheets. I cannot overstate just how spacious the place was. There were only two of us staying there……

“Texter Mountain became the perfect location for our family to gather for our Thanksgiving celebration. One family of nine traveled from upstate New York and stayed at the lodge, while seven others, who live locally joined them each day to reconnect and enjoy the beautiful location. There was plenty of room in the large living area to cook, eat, and gather around to sing or watch the large-screen TV. The five bedrooms and four bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable. “This property was absolutley amazing and beautiful. The horses were great neighbors and very sweet. The cabin was so comfy and cozy. We kept a fire in the wood stove which made it even more cozy. We got married on oct 16th 2024 and this slice of paridase had us so relaxed. We saw the supermoon hunters moon, some shooting stars, sunrise, and sun and moon in the sky at the same time.
