Sandy is amazing and is just a phone call away if you need anything. The river was too high for wade fishing outback this time, but our fishermen went to Cotter and all three of them hit their limit! “The property is beautiful and the accommodations were amazing. The only issue is the fact that you can hear the people in the upper unit walking around. To be fair it is in the property description that we would be able to hear this, but the tenants above us were stomping around all hours of the night. So if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue for you. ”

“It was in great location for floating the Buffalo river all day. We liked that the restaurant was next door and very good. It’s not a 5 star place but unique. Clean, small and only there to sleep. ”

“We stayed a week, and that view is just incredible. Get up for the sunrise and watch the fog on the water. We saw deer, fish jumping in the lake, an Eagle, Hawk, bunny, woodpeckers and other birds. The silence is so nice. We lucked out on a week of moonlight. The house is good, everything worked, the deck and screened porch are fantastic. We spent 99% of our time out there. We took walks down the gravel road and saw deer nearly every day. The WiFi worked great. This house has lots of windows……
