“My family has stayed at this hotel three times now. It has become our go to hotel when visiting my daughter in college at UNI for her college athletic meets. They have a friendly staff who went above and beyond to help our stay be a good one. The breakfast is excellent and the pool, hot tub and fitness center are great perks! I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay! ”

“Quaint, updated hotel with spacious rooms. Limited breakfast options (but at least they offer it!); and a nice little bar/appetizer kitchen in the hotel. Friendly staff. Centrally located downtown close to restaurants, shops, etc. Easy access and parking in the back. ”

“Feel like I'm in a zoo. No windows to outside. The window goes straight to the hallway. Had staff lurking out my door a couple times and even try to get in my room even tho I was baked getting out the shower yelling "ya, I'm in here". Other than tht it's good”
