“The room with the outdoor onsen is at the lowest floor. Unfortunately the corridor is with the smell of mould and the smell is very serious within the room.
Cockroaches were found and I did kill one at 4 am. I told the reception staff at check-out in the morning, appears that they did not show any care about this.”

"If there is 100 scores for the review, I would like to give this hotel. Starbucks is in the public library where is next to the hotel. Bus terminal and train station are in front of the hotel, so convenient to go to everywhere. I will stay again when I go to Wakayama, Japan. "
