Fairway Nine Town Home Sun Valley Retreat Elkhorn Village

Beautifully Remodeled Elkhorn Townhome in the Fairway Nine Condos near Golf course, Walking-Biking path. This 4 bedroom 3 Bath 2,265 sq. ft end unit has been updated for comfort and function with new textiles for bedding and bathrooms, new kitchenware, and household items. HOLIDAY booking info bottom of page.

Both Summer and Winter activities provide year round use. Enjoy the worlds best skiing, fishing, hiking, golfing, road biking, mountain biking etc. Condo pool and hot tub are within a 1 minute walk as well as the Elkhorn amenities that are included with this unit. Elkhorn amenities include discount golfing privileges at the famous Trent Jones designed Elkhorn golf course, free tennis, free use of the Olympic size pools and hot tubs at both the Harker Center and Elkhorn Community Center, as well as the other amenities provided such as Pickleball The Fairway Nine pool will be opening memorial day weekend. Village pool will open summer 2022. The Harker pool will open mid June.

You will find our 2265 sq. ft. Townhome quite spacious and vaulted ceilings which provided amazing light and open style living.
Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, High quality linens, 4 HD flat screen tv's, New Stainless Steel Gas BBQ, 2 decks, fireplace, minutes to skiing, biking, hiking, tennis, and golf are just a few of the perks that make this a great vacation destination.

Gorgeous Spacious & Private Fairway Nine Condo in Sun Valley Elkhorn village. This corner unit is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths 2265 sqft.(plus loft w/2 pull out twin beds) The condo sleeps 8-10 depending on the combination of kids/adults/teenagers/toddlers and has just been updated with brand new kitchenware, pots/pans, plates, coffee maker, toaster oven etc. bathroom and bedding have all new textiles, pillows, bedding, rugs, towels etc. The new bedding in the 2 rooms with king beds is high quality textiles including linen, 100% cotton sheets, down pillows and down duvet in master. The master bedroom has a brand new high quality latex/cotton/coiled spring mattress, a walk in closet, private bathroom, New 43 in smart TV and patio/deck w/green space. Second bedroom has king bed with pillow-top mattress & walk in closet as well. Third bedroom has 4 bunk beds and New 32in TV. Note: Loft area has New Comfy Queen Sleeper couch and 43in/dvd combo with movies/games. We have bought 16 down sleeping pillows so there is no fighting who gets good quality pillows.
Spend your winter days by the stone gas-ignited fireplace, Favorite movies on the 55in Smart Flat screen TV or BBQ on your deck enjoying glass of wine from the wine fridge or some local coffee. This unit gets a lot of light due to its high ceilings and has an open floor living space for easy entertaining; 4 seating at breakfast bar, 6-8 dining seating, and 4 seating in nook. A designated desk area in the kitchen nook allows for quiet online work space or online school. Easy access to washer/dryer near door & on floor w/bathrooms/bedrooms, which makes living easy especially coming home from your outdoor days of skiing, golfing, biking and fishing. Enjoy the beautiful walking & biking paths and breathtaking views of Dollar, Baldy and the seasonal foliage changes. It is right on the bike path and free bus system. Includes Elkhorn amenities usage of 2 big outdoor pools, hot tubs, pickle ball and tennis courts. The free ski bus is up the driveway from your unit to take you to the hot spots, minutes away to Ketchum, Sun Valley Lodge, Warm Springs, Baldy, etc.
Unit comes with Private Condo Pool and Hot Tub when in season. We encourage you to check with us to see for changes.

Condo was great! Nice communal area to hang out and play games, kitchen was stocked super well, pull out sofa was actually comfortable enough for an adult to sleep on which never happens, owner was super responsive, and the free bus stop was right across the street. Would stay here again We had such a fun ski trip!

Wonderful winter stay at Sun Valley

Michael was incredibly helpful in arranging our stay with excellent communication from the day of the reservation. His townhouse is by far the best winter deal in SV. Our family of 9 - age 77-12 - enjoyed the home with plenty of sleeping space. The grill was great even though it was cold. The fire place kept the sitting room warm. The kitchen was well stocked to cook 3 different meals at once. It was a short 10 minute ride to ketchum and River Run skier drop off. The kids used the shuttle to get to the mountain, which was a 5 minute walk. I would gladly stay here again on our next visit to SV!

Nice Condo in a great location

Our stay was in the winter for a ski/snowboard vacation. The Condo was in a perfect location, right in the middle of the two ski resorts. It was a very short 5 minute drive to the Dollar Ski Resort and a short 10 minute drive to Bald Mountain. The primary and secondary bedrooms had king size beds, which made sleeping very comfortable. The third bedroom was great for kids, and had 2 bunkbeds (4 total beds for sleeping). The loft was a great place for the kids to hang out. I would highly recommend this condo for your next ski vacation.

This house is way better than the pictures let on. I almost don’t want to say how good it is because I am afraid it will always be booked out. There is so much room, kitchen is well stocked, great location to Dollar Mt and the bus route. Can’t wait to come back to it!

Wonderful Condo

We stayed here for a weekend in February so we could attend the Share Your Heat Ball, the location was perfect. It was great to stay in a place where you can actually use the kitchen. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids. We will look to stay here again.

Super Bowl Get-away Weekend

Roomy living room for 6-7 adults to watch the game. Nice dining table just behind large couch so others could watch as well. Depressed wood decor and cool Sun Valley skiing art. Family touches throughout. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Only drawback is upstairs loft guests have to walk downstairs for shower/bath. Would recommend and stay here again.

Christmas vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location is great, easy to catch the shuttle and close for driving into town too. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. The space was great for our large family to be together for games, meals and just hanging out. The only concern was that the upstairs temperature was nice and comfortable but when you went downstairs it was freezing during the day and evening. When we went to bed it would be so freezing but if we turned up the temp we would wake up so so hot in the night or if we didn’t turn it up it would remain freezing. Definitely recommend this property!!

Very nice and convenient property that was clean and well cared for. It is in a bit older group of condominiums but is a great value and I would recommend this property. The owner was absolutely great to deal with!

Loved it!

This was perfect for our family and friends in town for a ski race. Easy to get to, great parking, short walk to a hot tub. Extra blankets if needed, plenty of cookware and plates etc. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. We would stay there again!

Great place to stay!

We rented this condo for our two daughters, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren. I was so impressed with how clean it was when we arrived (this is very important to me). The location was within walking distance of our condo. It was quiet and because of its location and the trees surrounding it, it never got too hot! We would rent this condo again.

Lovely home- with great decor. Can tell it's a much-loved place for the owners w/ a lot of personal touches. Great place to spend a week for any number of reasons- but also close to the Sun Valley Ice Skating School which was our main reason. Would rent again.
