“Fantastic! Definitely best, semi-budget-friendly, place to stay in Hailey. Near bus stops and restaurants. Most things are within walking distance. And supermarket around the corner is also great. Staff is very nice, and hotel gym has everything you need. Wish we could have stayed there a bit longer. ”

“Ability to make changes to my reservations was a little disappointing. I was there during a very slow time, their restaurant wasn’t even open for 2 weeks because of it. I tried shortening my visit by one day weeks ahead of time, but was not able to. We called them for me ahead of time and they said no. That was disappointing. Hotel is nice though. ”

“Good location, friendly management company staff at off-site check-in, decent layout. BUT, old or worn furniture, lots of personal stuff everywhere so you couldn't spread out your own stuff and had to be careful if it, owner's bedding (not hotel-style). AND, TV not working first night due to a cable/hookup/whatever issue and there is no staff to help you after the office closes so we missed opening ceremonies of Olympics. Oh, no daily maid service, and you had to run the dishwasher and take out……
