Fantastic place
"This a fantastic rental. Located close to Mount Sunapee. It has a large cozy living room. A spacious kitche3n well stocked with cooking "equipment,". Plenty of beds. The pond out front looks a like a great place to have fire in the warmer weather. The Hosts Julie and Derek couldn't be more helpful ..."

"Overall good rental but these are 3 minor issues: 1. A railing from the parking lot to the front door would help to walk down the steps. 2. Additional bath towels and wash clothes are needed. 3. A large stone is missing from the last deck step to the dock."
