“Wij hebben een heel fijne tijd gehad in dit prachtige vakantiehuis. Niets op aan te merken. Bovendien een vriendelijke en goed te bereiken eigenaar. Supermarkt op 10 minuten rijden afstand en hotel (met geweldige koffiebar, restaurant, spa en mogelijkheid om bootjes te huren) op twee minuten loopafstand. ”

“The property itself worked out great for our 3 generation family. The beds were comfortable, different members used the hot tub and sauna. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. There is a grocery 5 minutes away. Took us about 45 minutes to go to Bergen. There is a small farm within walking distance with highland cows, pigs, emus. There is a washer & drying rack. There was a huge dining table for all of us, which was also great for playing games. The furniture you see on the deck does not exist. ……

“The house is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was available easily and answered all questions in a timely manner. We loved walking to see the animals up the road and sitting out back watching the water. Definitely a 10/10!! A few notes: If you want dinner or drinks at the hotel up the road, call to see if you can reserve a table as they typically only serve hotel guests. “Brand new studio with all you need for a few days’ stay. Very nicely designed and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk from the city centre, supermarket, coffee shops. The only minus point is that the Vander app for checkin and digital key did not work for me. I never received the confirmation sms. “The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. ”

“Vi hadde bestilt et lite rom, men ved ankomst fikk vi tilbud om oppgradering til et større rom ettersom vi måtte ta med hunden vår (noe som ikke var planlagt på forhånd), og skulle ha 4 overnattinger. Tilleggsbeløpet var akseptabelt, og vi fikk ett flott rom med stue, kjøkkenkrok, 2 soverom, bad og kunne gå rett ut på bryggen fra leiligheten. "The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
