“The property is exactly as described and the communication was excellent. Easy to find and park and walkable to restaurants and the bay. Beds were comfortable, TV I instructions provided and easy to follow. It's a super cute beach bungalow. I would highly recommend and we would stay again.one note: one of the bathrooms has a wicked downstep to get into. It is clearly marked, but unusual. “Had a wonderful mini vacation with my dog on Kent Island. The house and outdoor amenities were fantastic! We loved all the different outdoor sitting areas including the porch swing (with gas fireplace nearby), bar with service window from kitchen, relaxing front porch, and beautiful backyard seating sets.
