“For Father’s Day weekend, my mom and I booked this house for a nice, relaxing weekend with my dad. It is a unique house with lots of space inside and lovely outdoor space. It is a in a great location near Bull Shoals and the White River. There is a water view in between the trees. The owner was easy to work with and left detailed instructions and information about things to do and eat nearby. We will definitely consider renting this property again in the future. ”

“Our family had a wonderful trip to Bull Shoals. We've been going to the lake for years but this was our first time staying near Theodosia and the first time staying at this house. The location was incredibly convenient. Aaron was prompt with all communication. The house was surprisingly well stocked and felt very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and would love to return! ”

“The owner gave us a great overview of the property at check-in. The house, porches, decks, game room, pavilion, hot tub and lawns provided great space for us to spread out and enjoy our stay. The large kitchen, Blackstone out on the covered porch, 2 dining rooms and the picnic table out on the deck made meals easy and fun. The property is secluded and private, so it was all and only FAMILY - awesome. Wi-Fi worked well. We used the washer and dryer at least 8 - 10 times over the 5 days. The……

We were very happy with our stay and will stay here again.One thing, and this is not a knock on the house, because the house is BEAUTIFUL. But there are a few stairs in the house that you must go up and down daily. In case you have anyone with mobility issues in your group. No big deal otherwise.”

Everyone had a great time and being able to walk down to the lake for a swim or boat ride was amazing. House and grounds were very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this house. ”
