“At first i was a little leary. Different than most of my getaways. But after a couple of hours got use to it and was very comfortable. Would I do it again? YES!!! One thing NEED Smart TVs. Only like 6 ot 7 channels on the current TVs.ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH ”

“We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake house on Deer Point Lake. The home was spotless, well-equipped with all the essentials, and had plenty of parking. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and relaxing by the water. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!”

“The stay was great. It was a bit hot, it took 24 hours for the AC to catch up, but once it did it was very cool. Beautiful scenery and very peaceful. My husband and I are very allergic to poison oak so we didn’t explore around too much, but what we did explore was beautiful. Also, the bed was very comfortable. ”

“This was a perfect location for relaxing and playing. There were several things to do in the area. You can watch the cows and goats be milked on the property, or explore the area to tube/kayak down the Chipola river, hike, explore caves at the caverns state park, swim in the several springs, shop. We really enjoyed all of the animals the host had. Cows, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, peacocks, and the sweetest farm dogs that will likely visit you throughout your stay. “Cottage is much nicer than advertised, lake view is relaxing. We had center unit of 3, and hardly noticed other renters. Advertised picture is back of cottage, well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable, quiet a c unit, pet friendly, we saw a small alligator in the lake while we sat on the dock bench (about 3 ft),and had frogs visit the porch in the morning. Will most likely stay here again in the future. Thanks ”
