“We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.”

“A couple things were not as the description listed, & we had a couple issues that were resolved. There was some confusion prior to the trip about where we were staying so we may have had some erroneous info. But we had a lovely time. I will say, there could be some attention paid to the lightbulbs. They were ALL high-powered LED. Made for a pretty stark environment. But may I just say how lovely it was to have access to a private beach!”

“The property was as advertised and Charla was a great host! View was great and easy access to the beach and 30A area. Communication was extremely thorough and helpful. The property was very clean and beach chairs came in very handy. Easy access to the beach and we were able to walk to coffee, breakfast and a pizza shop at the nearby town center. Would certainly stay here again. ”

“The property itself was great. The only suggestions I have would be to have a comforter or some type of heavier blanket on the bed. Also we weren’t the biggest fans being right next to where they have weddings. They did stop the music by 10 which was good but if we had planned on sleeping in Sunday it wouldn’t have happened because the people were there to take down that wedding tent at 830 and we’re not on the quiet side doing so. ”
