You will also find a gourmet kitchen with all mod cons and a dining and living space which flows onto an undercover deck and pool area. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, stone benchtops, and a large island bench with bar seating.
The dining area is just off the kitchen and enjoys views of the blue pool and private lush tropical garden. To the rear of the home there is an undercover alfresco dining area and resort pool.
All on one level you will find the 4 spacious bedrooms, main bathroom with amazing deep bath, and laundry. The master suite is located at the front of the house with views over the beautiful green garden. The master also has a spacious ensuite with a waterfall shower and his/her sinks.The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are beside each other in the hallway and have queen beds, ducted air conditioning and fans.
