“When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. The second room did not have all the above problems but the air con was not cold even at the most minimum temperature. In the morning when we wanted to use the iron, the iron board stand was……

“Lovely apartment but very stuffy and hot in the corridors. Tv didn't work at all. Had a few cockroaches had to kill. Beds comfy good air conditioning easy access to a shops and transport. Swimming was nice unfortunately the sauna was never switched on but didn't need it as weather was so hot. Good communication with the owners if any problems. ”

“Not clean enough ”

“當天一早把行李寄存在接待處，職員在行李上貼了房間號碼，到我們黃昏去取房時，發現原來是尾房，職員首先說是没有房間了，這是最後一間，後來見我們面有難色，畢竟帶了小孩子，才換了旁邊的另一間房間。設施尚可，潔淨，但地下有樓梯直通各樓層，不需經過接待處，幸好住的那晚平安。”

“交通很方便，步行幾分鐘到USJ7車站，我住的房間比較細，沒有窗户，但地方整潔，員工有禮貌。附近Da Men Mall有餐廳及超巿。”

“訂的是家庭房，3間房間，兩個廁所。 缺點： 非常污糟，有小強，有蚊，廁所常常傳出濃烈臭渠味！床單有污漬～ 優點： 屋內設施齊全，泊車方便、check in/out方便，樓下有大型商場，內有food court and supermarket ”

“卫生情况很差，枕头都是发霉的，房间和图片中完全不符，很小，没有窗户。”
