He responded immediately to every question we had. We even asked for a favor the during our stay and he graciously agreed even though it was more effort on his part. “This house is amazingly well laid out & perfectly stocked with all the things you may need! Jason & Linda did a great job of communicating what items are there for guest use and what the guests need to provide on their own. There were no surprises except for the bedrooms (which were ALL lovely) the pool and tiki bar area (perfect for family gatherings) and the extremely well stocked kitchen with every dish, pan and gadget you could possibly need. Well done - we will be back!”

“This home is beautiful and everything it seems to be online and more. My main complaint is that it is an inverted floor plan (which it clearly stated!! ) and everything is on the top floor. This is not the fault of the advertisement, we just did not realize how much climbing that many stairs would hurt our older knees. This place REALLY needs a lift or an elevator! However, our dogs were happy with the fenced in yard and we were happy with everything else once we got the stairs out of the……

“This house is everything my family was looking for during our beach. It is clean, well kept and the location cannot be beat.
