“The "seamless" no-contact check-in procedure was not seamless. We could not enter our Australian post code into the pre-registration form nor our Australian phone number. We called and they took the number over the phone and said they would send us to code to get in the room by 11:00 the day of. By 11:30, we had to call again to remind them. “Wonderfully positioned small hotel overlooking Malua Bay. Rooms are spacious with small kitchen and laundry a bonus. Underground secure parking was a bonus. I would have given 5 stars overall except for the lack of styling in rooms....not a photo or art work to be seen, so a little plain with the all grey decor. Abode....get a stylist!”

“I enjoyed my stay the beds were very comfy and water in the shower was hot. Basic amenities which covered what I want, tea coffee microwave and air conditioning. Although the air conditioner looked like it needed a clean a lot of dust built up on it. Overall I would recommend this place. ”

“We stayed in the ocean breeze cabins and it was amazing! The cabins were a minute walking distance to a secluded beach! The pools and play area were clean! The cabins itself felt very clean and seemed new :) The cabins had everything we needed, microwave stove kettle etc. plenty of blankets and towels! the staff were helpful as well! Would stay there again! ”
