“非常糟糕的体验，算下来接近700一个房间，首先环境乱糟糟，在一个树林里面，周围全是废弃房车改造的住宿，我们这个木屋，2室一厅，第二个房间非常小，像青年旅馆，卫生间没有任何沐浴洗澡洗手洗头的产品，在澳洲住了10几天第一次遇到这种情况，而且浴室淋浴房里面竟然还有沙子，根本没有在客人入住之前进行清洁，厨房的电子灶也全部是坏的，用不了，服务也很差，非常糟糕的体验，感觉是花大价格住了青年旅馆”

“Very clean, staff very friendly, breakfast excellent selection gluten free and dairy products, coffee, hot chocolate. Close to beach and Geelong City, heated swimming pool and spa can be used all year round. ”

“The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible……

The location was also perfect, walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Very disappointed that we’re not able to have any help or resolution for not being able to have any internet access in room, and not any solution provided, poor attitude to the problem!! ”
