“We loved our stay! Very easy check in and out process. ”

“My stay at “Julie’s/ Big Fish Rentals “, Grand Palms Resort was ok.The 1st room had left over trash from awhile ago.That I ended up cleaning up before I left.Someone kept coming inside of my Vrbo while I was asleep and took something that belonged to me.Which is a major invasion of privacy. I also experienced people following my car around the resort .I later started to see that it also was a bug problem.Other than that the stay was ok . ”

“It was good. We had to replace the kitchen bulb and the refrigerator filter. The large table was all sticky and the high chair was dirty. The lights in the shower didn’t work, the ice machine was broken we couldn’t fix it. There were black bugs all over the house. But we really had a great time.”

“Everything was clean..stocked…labeled (which I loved) and just as described. Great communication with owners as well!”

“The accommodations were beautiful, spacious and very clean. We couldn't use the pool and the piece above the dishwasher kept coming out. Stomping upstairs neighbors and all, it was a nice trip.”
