Situated in Batemans Bay, 400 metres from South Surfside Beach and 700 metres from Surfside Beach, Close to beach and Mangrove walk offers a private backyard space and air conditioning. Boasting bicycle parking, this property is a home away from home. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.

The holiday home features 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area that seats up to 10, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious outdoor entertaining with garden views. Can’t wait for our next stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Super clean and spacious with 6 adults, 1 six month old and a dog it was the perfect house. Mandy was very efficient with communication and making our stay very comfortable. Being our first time staying at Batemans Bay we loved the walk from Surfside into town everyday and Mandy gave us some recommendations on what to see/do. Can’t wait to stay again soon
