“Very central location in the old town but still very peaceful in the apartment itself! Appreciated that there were 2 fans in the property and these were already on when I arrived! That was a lovely touch and very appreciated during a very warm period!! ”

“This was a lovely little apartment with modern ammenities in a 250 year old building. The host left lots of info about where to eat and what to see and do. We loved it. ”

“Location is everything and this place has it. Right in the heart of Annecy. It does have a few drawbacks however. It is on top floor of building so you have to deal with sloping roof on both sides of the apartment. If you are under 5’2” this is probably not a big deal. I’m 6’ and bumped my head numerous times. We were also fortunate the temperature never got above 75 degrees as there was only a portable AC unit that could not have cooled the upstairs bedrooms if it had been hotter. We also had……

“The apartment is not too far from the old town, lake, and there’s a small grocery store next door. Bright and bigger than expected. Nice little balcony overlooking the street. Nicolas was very helpful and responsive. We would certainly stay again. ”
