“After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud.……

“I had a wonderful time at Janet and Cleveland's place. They were amazing and caring hosts to me. They were always available to show me the best places around Port Antonio and its beautiful surroundings...
The localization of the cabin is simply perfect. Part of the Zion Hill community, you can walk in the morning to some of the best beaches you can dream of (Blue Lagoon, Winnifred Beach). Local communities manage some of these Beaches in a very sustainable way (socially and ecologically).

“Wonderful accommodations, delicious meals prepared....work in progress finishing in the kitchen.... great frig. kettle & stove. Fantastic communication prior and during the stay: pickup in Mavis Bank, details about the hike with guide, and using a moto bike up to Portland Gap. “We stayed here in the beginning of January and had a great stay.
The home is very spacious and comfortable. It was wonderful to have the ocean breeze and to hear the waves at night was very soothing. We had plenty of privacy. The access to the beach was super easy with many locations in close proximity. Thank you Eleanor for accommodating our family we were very comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely consider coming back some day!
