“Es un lugar con estilo clásico pero muy bien cuidado, el personal me atendió muy atento en todo momento, esta a una cuadra del museo Antonio Nariño, esta a dos cuadras de los buses y hay muchos restaurantes cerca, a 3 cuadras de la plaza principal y no es un lugar que sea ruidoso a los alrededores”

“La habitación limpia y cómoda, con nevera. Buenas almohadas y sabanas. Las toallas podrían ser mejores. Y unas batas para bajar a las zonas húmedas. El desayuno bueno. Las zonas húmedas podrían tener mas temperatura, estaba frío cuando fuimos. Tienen parqueadero. Fácil caminar y cerca de la plaza, restaurantes y tiendas ”

“Terrible experience. The room was super dirty, the bathroom was completely nasty. No warm water until I went down for it for 3 times and then it still took 2 hours. Breakfast was to cry about; dirty kitchen, almost expired food. The lady working the kitchen was the only friendly staff member. Check-in was really uncomfortable as they made it seem we were bothering and inconvenient. Overall a really really bad experience. ”
