“Polite and amicable staff, always try to help (but not quite helpful). For instance, in a morning, I reported to the reception that the duvet at the left hand side bed was dirty. When I returned to the room in the evening, I was surprised noting that instead of replacing the dirty duvet, they just swapped it to the right hand side bed! As a whole, the furnishings in the room are dated and filthy, they need a serious attention.”

“If you are arriving by train, this property is about a 15 minute walk from Kochi station, which for Kochi is a fairly short walk. The location is also right next to a bus terminal, with a couple tram stops nearby as well. Good shopping is a close walk, and the castle is also only a 15 minute walk. As far as Kochi goes, this is probably as walkable as it gets. As for the property, it is a bit older, and while the hallway had a strange smell, the room smelled fine, was clean, and had good air……

“飯店距離JR高知站走路約10分鐘,斜對面也有便利店,商店街就在轉角附近,散步就可輕鬆到達,飯店櫃台服務親切,房間也乾淨舒適,早餐可選擇日式或洋式,我選擇日式,很好吃,整體來說很不錯,若有機會會再入住.”
