“We loved staying at this beautiful little house - it was the perfect home away from home for our family. The cleanliness could have been a bit more thorough and the spa didn’t work for the majority of our stay (though it was super super hot so we didn’t need it on). All in all a fantastic house, stay and good communication. We will be back for sure.”

“While the interior of the house was really good, the exterior was completely the opposite. The lawn was unmown and knee high so the children couldn't use the lawn or the play areas. The trampoline had no base so unusable, and the swing set was in poor repair as well.I hate to give negative reviews but I have to say it as it was. The exterior cobwebs on the windows made it obvious that no-one was taking care in the presentation of the property. Sad as it's a great house....just mow the lawn!”

“The property was well fitted out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook comfortably and the view over the back garden gave us some lovely moments bird and animal watching. The lounge was cosy and comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. Management was responsive to queries.”

“A fantastic house for our adult family and 2 dogs. The house was spotless and in a fantastic location. Easy walk through the park to the shops and to an off leash area for the dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need including coffee pods. Highly recommend a visit to the Farm Club for a delicious pie! The fireplace made the evenings super cozy. Will definitely return! ”

“There is absolutely nothing that we can fault about this property. It was big, but cosy. It was country, but glam. It kept the kids and the parents happy! This will become our annual winter holiday house for sure. ”

“When we finally worked out where the house was on this desolate property, we were greeted by a dilapidated boxing bag and home gym on the balcony. Inside we discovered a filthy kitchen, glassware and cooking utensils, stained cushions, carpets, chairs and couch, horrendously dirty inside windows, a desolate deck, dismal firepit area, and a creepy caravan in the bushes. No charming vistas, just a grotty dam and rubbish. To be fair, the bathrooms were modern and clean. The beds were also……

“Property was comfortable for 14 people. Only stayed two nights with extended family but overall was very nice. Could use a bit of attention in places. On tank water so supply not reliable. Rustic but charming location.”
