“Place was clean, beds were comfortable, check in and check out were very easy. There were 5 of us staying there. Ages 54-84I big bedroom in the main floor and 3 other upstairs with the bathroom. Parking was great as well. ”

“I booked this for a family trip but then was unable to come myself but my husband and son found the property very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The host was communicative and kind and stayed in touch before during and after the stay. Overall a fantastic experience and would recommend to others considering a stay here.”

“Everything was clean and the beds reasonably comfortable. There was a microwave and a kettle, although these weren't mentioned in the info, so we thought we wouldn't be able to make a cuppa or heat some food, so we hadn't brought any food with us. There was only one cup for two people, but a second one was brought promptly when asked. One of the plugs didn't work, which caused a minor inconvenience. Hot tap dripping quite badly, wasting gallons of water. ”

“My two daughters and I needed budget accommodation for a couple of nights in Nottingham. This is in an ideal location, close to both Beeston Railway Station and Beeston Centre, where frequent trams take you straight into the centre of Nottingham. The room is spacious. Furnishings are simple but perfectly adequate. We appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave! Having not stayed in this type of property before, the remote check-in process caught me out initially - make sure you read the check-in……
