“The property did not indicate this was a top floor condo. I have mobility issues and this was a real problem. There were several hairs on the bed sheets. I contacted the manager and he never responded. Washed everything myself including the mattress pad which had flakey debris on it, because we couldn’t just leave and lose our . Plus all our heavy luggage was painstakingly brought upstairs at this point. After a 5 night stay we still never heard from the Manager. This is not acceptable. ……

Access to the Lake was a wonderful amenity and the entire property was absolutely stunning. We had one minor incident but the host was immediately responsive and helped us get everything sorted. “Location was great & property came with a beach pass that was really close & with 9 year old twins it was perfect. All families. Our only negative was it was really hot & there is an a/c unit in kitchen with an open floor plan which was cool but bedrooms were too hot which is why they had fans in the rooms. Some had to sleep in lower level to stay cool. We saw a deer & baby right there & a beaver....beautiful. ”
