“This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. ”

“Hidden gem is just that a hidden gem, it's location is easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, pub, the beach and much more. It's quiet enough with maybe a little noise from passing traffic, it's compact but comes with enough space for what you need and I couldn't have asked for a better host, communication was brilliant and she was happy to help with any issues I may have had. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near the seaside.”

Despite all the rain, we enjoyed our holiday and would love to return back, hopefully next year for a longer time.The location was beautiful, and prompt instructions were given in advance on how to enter the property. The kitchen was big, nice and clean, the bathrooms were clean, and we had a lovely hot water all the time, which my little girl really enjoyed. “Really good value for this incredibly spacious apartment. A comfortable night. A couple of touches would improve the stay even more. As previous reviewer mentioned, the only mirror is above the bathroom sink. Its on the top of the jet garage which is closed at night. ”
