Idyllically located ground floor holiday house with terrace and conservatory with stunning views of the vastness of the surroundings
The house is situated in a picturesque location in Västergötland, in Örsås, 14 km from Svenljunga. It is quiet in a dead end. On the one side the forest starts right at the house, on the other side there is a big wide field. With luck, you can see a moose right on your doorstep.
The idyllic holiday home is a very well maintained ground-floor bungalow and offers enough space for up to six people. With a floor space of approx. 100 m² it is located on a large 1. 644m² natural plot. The cottage has a large living room with woodburning stove (which can heat the entire house), a large dining room with open kitchen, two bedrooms with large double beds (1.8 x 2.0 m), a children's room with bunk beds (0, 9 x 1.9 m, because of the height, the lower bed is more suitable for children). The living room also has a TV with Swedish and German (HD) channels for your entertainment, Bluray player (also suitable for DVD and audio CD) and home theater system. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with electric cooker with ceramic hob and convection oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pad machine, toaster, tea maker, kettle, egg cooker, waffle maker and as a jewel is an old Stove with enamel cladding available. The dining area has a table with six chairs and a children's high chair (Tripp Trapp). Furthermore, there is a cozy conservatory and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The winter garden is adjoined by a sheltered wooden terrace with seating and Weber grill, which offers a magnificent view and is located on the southwest side. On the property there is also a sunbathing area and a sandpit. There are two parking spaces on the street for your cars.
The water is pumped directly from a well about 50 m deep and corresponds to the quality of drinking water. Special features include sauna (infrared sauna) and bath tub (with wood heated). The bath tub is only available for a fee. The energy costs will be charged according to consumption and the costs for the use of the bath tub are listed under "pool use". For a comfortable stay there is also a washing machine, dryer and internet (fiber optic). The house is heated by air heat pump, stove and electric heaters. Thanks to the good insulation, the house is also winterproof. Due to the steps to the entrance and the conservatory, the house is not barrier-free. Guest pets are not allowed in this holiday home and smoking is not allowed in the entire house.
Final cleaning is mandatory and is SEK 600 (payable locally).
There are only a few neighbors in the area. Here is absolute peace and you can relax wonderfully. In autumn, there are plenty of mushrooms and berries, some already on the property. Fishing enthusiasts will find plenty of fishing opportunities in the surrounding lakes. There are also many beautiful lakes for swimming or boating. Various hiking trails start from the house and lead into the beautiful spacious nature. Enjoy nature on the water. The landlords like to provide a boat for rent at the lake "Fegen". In good weather, you can even see white-tailed eagles.
Borås as the next largest city is 48 km, Gothenburg 102 km away. Arriving by plane, Landvetter Airport is just an hour's drive away (89 km). Shops, restaurants, cinema, a library and much more can be found directly in Svenljunga or in nearby Tranemo (21 km). Other cities in the area are Borås (42 km) or even Gothenburg (100 km) to Stockholm the second largest city in Sweden.
The surroundings of Svenljunga invite you to explore the near and far surroundings. Enjoy the expanse of nature, for example on hikes, a boat trip and bicycle tours. Or visit well-known and undiscovered places and sights. You will find a zoo or moose park in the area, as well as museums and theme parks.
