“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming . The reception team communicated very well before and during our stay. Lovely to meet the housekeeping team, they did a great job of cleaning the room. Great location, walked everywhere. Nice to be able to see over the city. Only item of note is the bath shower combination , the bath is very high to get in and out of to have a shower, not an easy fix but some feedback . Thank you for the lovely stay”

“We arrived quite late and had to depart fairly early so we didn't have a chance to report our issues to the management: there were quite a few cobwebs and spiders lurking about this property - including when we pulled the bedclothes back and they scurried across the sheets. Both bedrooms were open to a loft below which meant that neither room had any true privacy; somehow we were not aware of this or we wouldn't have booked it. My friend gave me the room with a queen bed but slept on the sofa……

“We enjoy heading to Rosebud each year to stay at Joyce Beachside Escape - Rosebud. It is so close to everything. The highlights are being close to the the playground for the kids and the beach. There is plenty of room for the family at the place and parking for two cars off site if required. We will be back next year!”

“This is a fantastic hotel, beautiful and clean. My skin is very sensitive, this is the only hotel that didn't make me allergic after my stay. Also, the pool was very clean; I could open my eyes in the water without red eyes afterward. The reception service was excellent, and I met a clean staff, Sity (not sure if I spelled right), she was friendly to chat with and showed me where to go when I lost. Overall, I would definitely stay again if I back to Australia next time.”

bad experience

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"

"服務員Sally & Chris非常好人，不知道當晚他們是否為了等我才那麼晚休息，我事前早已聯絡過酒店18：30後才入住，最後我好像是21：00多才到達酒店。雖然是共享洗手間和沐浴間，但我都只是留幾小時休息便離開了，我感覺都沒有被其他房客打擾，或者反而是我小朋友打擾到其他住客"
